Installation & Training

In order to provide our customers with a complete understanding of the features and usage of our products, Euroson offers several installation and training services. These include On Site as well as Internet based training and technical assistance. Each provides detailed sessions covering setup, configuration, trouble shooting and performance optimization.

One Day, On Site Installation and Training
Recommended for new installations and when new devices or servers are deployed. A highly qualified system technician visits the installation sight for a full working day. A thorough review of all device and software configurations and settings is provided to optimize performance and system reliability. Sessions for software training and integration of the storage system into the workflow are also included.

Hourly, Internet Session Configuration and Training
Recommended for installations which are connected and running, but which require assistance with settings and configuration, device optimizations, and usage of special features. A live internet session provides individual or group user training which allows interactive review and modification of key settings and features to insure that the customer’s unique storage requirements are achieved while delivering optimum system performance and reliability.

Installation services purchases may be ordered at the time of acquisition of the hardware/software solution, and they can also be purchased separately. On Site services are provided on a per diem fee schedule and must be scheduled two weeks in advance. Internet session training can be purchased as 1 Hour and 3 Hour Comprehensive sessions. Web-based sessions can often be purchased and scheduled for the same day. The actual agenda is defined by the customer requirements.
