Service Packs & Upgrades

Euroson offers Software Support Contracts for all of our Products. These Contracts provide immediate telephone and internet technical support for any problems or questions at no additional cost. In addition, as long as your Contract remains active you will receive Product Version upgrades, Service Packs and hot fixes at no charge.

A Software Support Contract is offered at the time of Original Purchase of the Software. A standard contract is for 1 Year. Two Year and Three Year Contracts are offered at substantial savings.

Support Contract Benefits
Maintaining a valid support contract offers significant benefits. You will have free access to the latest versions and features. In addition, technical assistance is available when you need it.

Service Packs and hot fixes are made available for download as soon as they are released, and notification and delivery via email is available.

Product Version upgrades are provided directly to the Registered Software Administrator within 90 days after a version is released.

If you are a licensed customer with a valid software support contract and have not received or feel you are due an upgrade please contact Euroson directly.

Service Packs and Hot fixes for PoINT Software & Systems products are also available for download directly from PoINT. Your current software serial number must be provided during download registration.
