Support Contracts

A PoINT Software Support Contract provides unlimited technical support for the software that is currently managing your Optical device. This contract provides you with these significant benefits:
  • Technical Assistance and trouble shooting of the software and server
  • Assistance with system setup and maintenance
  • No charge product upgrades
PoINT Software & Systems continues to develop valuable new features and to add support for new and improved devices and technologies. The latest release of the PoINT Jukebox Manager, V5.0 introduces many significant enhancements, including Data Mirroring, Incremental Dynamic Image Recording, a new Activity Monitor and LogFile Viewer and an improved User Interface. Our no cost Upgrade Program provides current Support Maintenance Contract customers with free access to these releases.

The renewal of your contract is not automatic. If you are a licensed PoINT customer with a valid support contract, you will automatically receive a notification via US Mail approximately 60 days prior to its expiration. However, it is up to you to renew this contract. This may be done at standard renewal rates.

If you are a licensed PoINT customer without a valid software support contract, please contact us to purchase a new One-year contract. While the reinstatement rate for this contract is slightly higher than the standard renewal rate, the contract includes an Upgrade to the latest version of the software at no cost to you.
