Technical Support

If you are a customer with a valid Maintenance Agreement and you are experiencing problems with your Software or system we are here to provide assistance.

  • The serial number or your software or device
  • A copy of the software’s error log file
  • A brief description of the problem, including any recent changes to the server.

Technical support by telephone is available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern) by calling our toll free Hotline 1-800-423-1122, extension 102.

If you are calling outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail message, including your name, company name, the serial number of your software, and a brief description of the problem.
