Technical Support

If you are a customer with a valid Maintenance Agreement and you are experiencing problems with your software or Library system we are here to provide assistance.

In order for us to provide the best response, it is suggested that you obtain and provide us with the following information:

  1. The serial number and current build of your software
  2. A copy of the software’s error log file
  3. A detailed description of the problem, including any recent changes to the server, software or other applications.

You can obtain Technical Assistance by email or telephone.

Technical support by telephone is available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern) by calling our toll free Hotline 1-800-423-1122, extension 17.

If you are calling outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail message, including your name, company name, the serial number of your software, and a brief description of the problem.
